Excellent work, even the cab illumination color is exactly as in the video.
On the diagnostics display, there are 4 windows, while on the biggest, center one is the actual speed
projected. To the right of it is smallest one with numbers on the right side. Inside it, there is orange block which is very high when the most tractive effort is applied and decreasing in its height when loco achieving its nominal speed.
Do you intend to exhibit this guage in your project. Is it a tractive power meter ?
    Best regards.

I intend to get as much working meters in as possible. I do run into some limitations of the TS system. You can only have a certain amount of ‘nodes’. Because digital meters and texts are all made of separate nodes I am running out of options fast..

The ETCS clock for instance is made of 40 objects (nodes) which I cannot collapse or combine.

There are a lot of double meters. The ETCS screen, dashboard meters and LCD screen on the right show a lot of redundancy. In normal driving mode the amber screen shows brakepressure, speed, tractive power and voltage next to info on positions of pantos and mainswitch. Also error messages will appear here. The tractive effort and voltage as well as brakepressures meters are are also in the main front dash.

I will try and optimise the use of nodes by using more animated meters which use up only one node but the challenge is real…

    WOW,
This is huge project in every aspect and I take my hat off to salute you Paul for your talent and determination. As I understand from your previous post, the sound recording is already done.
Mixing the various sounds (from engine room and from undercarriage-bogies) seems to be one of the greatest task in the sound department. Good luck !

It seems to be the most advanced loco model for TS2015 ever built. Even more than vR BR120.
    Outstanding work Paul.

    Thierry,

The 421 will have PZB and a partly new cab. Release of the Re460 is planned for 26-9.
